No. This is a promotional rate we are offering to local Coachella Valley businesses for a limited time while we have technician availability. Once our slots are filled, pricing returns to standard rates — $85–100/hour for residential and $200/hour for businesses.
Computer repair, replacing broken parts with working parts, and diagnosing email issues — Outlook, Gmail, and domain-related problems. If your issue falls outside of this, we'll tell you before billing you for work that won't solve it.
Server maintenance, shared network file systems, physical wire installation, and NAS storage unit setup. These require our Level 3 engineers and are priced at $200/hour. We will tell you clearly if your job falls here.
For remote and on-site sessions, we require a 2-hour minimum booked and paid upfront, plus a credit card on file. If you come into our Palm Desert office, there is no minimum — you pay for however long the session takes.
Before an on-site or remote session, we run a $1 authorization on your card to confirm it works. This is not a charge — it is just a verification. It is released after your session.
Yes — we serve Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Cathedral City, and surrounding Coachella Valley areas. Remote sessions are available anywhere.
